Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases unless the item you receive is faulty or defective.

Requesting a Return

In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit for returned items. Any such requests must be made strictly within 30 days of the invoice date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you have received an incorrect item or a faulty product:

  1. Please contact our team immediately to notify us.
  2. Return the item(s) to us by post.
  3. You may include your return postage cost as part of your credit claim.

All goods returned must be accompanied by a completed Yeedman Returns Authorisation (RMA) form. Returns without this form will not be processed.

Restocking Fees

In certain cases, returned items accepted for credit may incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit amount.

Special Orders

Please note that custom or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances unless they are found to be defective.

Where to Send Returns

All returns should be sent to your local Yeedman branch or the return address provided by our team when your return request is approved.
